CLIENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Welcome to modeling 4 kids! I look forward to working with you. For our relationship to work, I have posted guidelines. Please contact me with any questions.
Payments Clients pay for sessions via PayPal, cash or check. Paypal accepts mc/visa.
Appointments Please give me at least 24 hours notice if an appointment needs to be rescheduled. If you have an unforeseen conflict, we can work around it. Otherwise, a missed appointment cannot be made up or refunded. If our appointment is by phone, I will call you, unless you prefer to place the call to me.
Procedure The agenda/goals are client generated and coach supported. That is, you tell me what you want to accomplish and I will lay out the plan. Please make copies of the attached session preparation form. Complete this form before each session and e-mail it to me ahead of our appointment. Let me know what you want to work on and be ready to be coached! At the call time, please be prepared to discuss updates, progress and current challenges.
Extra Time You may e-mail or call me between sessions if you are in need of “spot coaching”, or have a concern/news you would like to share with me. I enjoy providing this extra level of service and do not charge for this type of additional time. I do ask that these calls be under 5 minutes.
Concerns I want you to be satisfied with our relationship. If at any time I say or do something that does not feel right, please point it out. I will do what is necessary to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
A Must It is necessary for you to implement the coaching received to feel that it is successful. You have hired me to assist you in crating a path to success and/or to obtain new outcomes. Remember, if you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always gotten!
