ABOUT ME

With over 14 years of modeling and commercial acting experience in the Midwest, east and west coasts, I have learned an enormous about the modeling and commercial industries.  Perhaps the most important is what works and what doesn’t.  As a parent of three children myself, I see the need and the importance of sharing the information I’ve compiled over the years.

I have assisted many parents, aunts, uncles and grandparents across the country in effectively and inexpensively starting successful modeling and commercial careers for the children in their lives.  I have worked with all ages, from newborn to adult and my experience and expertise has allowed me to build relationships with top modeling agencies to whom I am continuously referring new talent.

As a mother of three working actors/models, I am honest and up front about the advice that I give and about what this business may require from you and your family.  My goal is to always give advice that is in your best interest.

Like Mother, like Daughter…and Son...and Son!

In an indirect way, it all started when I was 25. I was at a restaurant with my now-husband when a man approached me and asked if I was a model.  No, I wasn’t.  In fact, I was finishing my MBA and trying to figure out what to do with my life.

This man, Richard, was a model himself. He told me he thought I could make a lot of money.  I laughed, thinking, don’t I have to be 6 feet tall and stick skinny to do it?  He assured me that the commercial modeling industry actually looks for all colors, shapes and sizes.

Over the next couple of months, Richard introduced me to a photographer and make–up artist who took my first pictures. He then helped me submit my photos to agencies,    contacting them on my behalf and setting up meetings with agencies that, to this day, still represent me as a commercial and print model. Over the past 14 years I have done print ads, numerous commercials and runway shows. My list of clients includes Target, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, and Best Buy, just to name a few.
